For added protection, British Airways has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA), a widely used security measure employed by online banking services. This extra layer of security will be prompted when you next log in to your account.
Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication:
To ensure a seamless transition, we’ve outlined the simple steps below:
Download an authenticator app: Choose from FreeOTP, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator (all free to download).
Reset your On Business password: Simply visit the forgotten password page and enter your username. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Log in with your new password: Once your password is reset, log in to your On Business account using your new credentials.
Scan the QR code: You’ll see a QR code displayed on the page. Open your authenticator app and scan the code. If scanning isn’t an option, click the “unable to scan” link for on-screen instructions.
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP): Your authenticator app will generate a unique OTP. Enter this code in the “One-time code” box. This step will be required for subsequent logins.
