At Meon Travel Management, our mission is to be recognised as a flexible and experienced travel management company (TMC) that offers clients the perfect blend of talent and technology to meet their specific travel programme requirements.
Though the company dates back to 1964, we have been on a fast growth trajectory in recent years thanks to several strategic acquisitions, supporting businesses across three core divisions: Corporate, Repatriation and Leisure travel. We now employ a talented team of 64 people.
Meon operates a flat management structure and is a family-owned business. The two owners - James and Karen Beagrie - oversee a board of directors encompassing IT, finance, operations, and commercial.
The success of our staff in delivering exceptional service led to Meon being named UK & Ireland’s Top Business Travel Agency as part of the TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies in 2023: an annual power-list of the nation’s best agents by industry publication, Travel Trade Gazette.
We are founder members of the Focus Travel Partnership and an influential member of the Advantage Global Travel Network, where James Beagrie, our owner and CEO, sits on the advisory board. Both organisations represent over £1 billion in business travel turnover, providing access to discounted supplier agreements and technological expertise and influence.
