Your Role: Repatriation travel consultant
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless travel for those in need of emergency assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking travel and hotel accommodations for clients undergoing medical repatriation.

  • Understanding each unique case with empathy, offering expert travel advice and tailored solutions.

  • Managing cases end-to-end—from initial inquiry through to final booking—while ensuring efficiency and prioritisation at every stage.

  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement in our processes, enhancing client satisfaction and supporting your colleagues through collaborative problem-solving.

What you’ll bring: Skills & experience
We’re looking for someone who brings both professional expertise and a caring touch:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry.

  • Familiarity with Galileo or Amadeus (preferred, but not essential).

  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Strong time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially over the phone.

  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

  • Above all, good judgment and common sense.

Working hours & benefits

  • Based in Petersfield, with full in-office training provided.

  • Opportunity to move to a hybrid working model after passing probation.

  • We operate a 24/7, 365-days-a-year shift pattern (no night shifts for this role).

  • Full-time role, averaging 40 hours per week across a mix of shifts:
    o Early: 08:00–17:00
    o Mid: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00-20:00
