And now, we’re excited to welcome Trainee Repatriation Travel Consultants to our growing team.
No two days here are the same. You’ll learn fast, be supported every step of the way, and become part of a warm, close-knit, 24/7 operation that balances compassion with calm expertise.
Your Role:
(Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
This is a hands-on, supported trainee role where you’ll learn how to manage emergency travel from start to finish. With full training and mentoring, you’ll gradually build confidence and skills while working alongside experienced consultants.
You’ll learn how to:-
Book flights and accommodation for people requiring medical repatriation.
Understand each case with empathy, care, and attention to detail.
Manage cases from first request to final booking, learning how to prioritise and problem-solve in real time.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Spot opportunities to improve how we work and contribute ideas as you grow in confidence.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork really matters.
What We’re Looking For:-
You don’t need years of experience, we’re looking for potential, attitude, and enthusiasm.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
A genuine interest in travel, logistics, or helping people.
A positive, can-do attitude and a real desire to learn.
Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail.
The ability to stay calm when things get busy.
Confident communication skills, especially over the phone.
Common sense, good judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
Previous travel experience or knowledge of systems like Galileo or Amadeus is a bonus but absolutely not essential.
