James has grown Meon Travel to reflect his own values. The antithesis of corporate blandness, he is a special driven individual and profoundly knowledgeable.
James has always been a high flyer. At 23 he co-founded one of Europe’s most successful travel insurance and worldwide emergency medical assistance companies. Fifteen years later he was Managing Director of world-class insurance broker AON before indulging his passion for travel by acquiring the Meon Travel Agency business from First Choice plc.
Now reputably one of the most respected executives in the travel industry, James guides our relentless growth delivering exceptional quality services renowned throughout the travel world. He sits on the £17billion Advantage Travel Centre’s Board as Non-Executive Director and is a past Chairman of the Advantage Focus Partnership itself commanding £1.2billion Corporate turnover.
A keen helicopter pilot himself, James’s experience in the travel and assistance world is encyclopedic and his passion intoxicating.
