With more than 36 years of experience across the travel industry, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role of Out of Hours Business Consultant. Having worked across corporate travel, airlines, retail, tour operations, and student travel, they have built a reputation as a dependable all-rounder with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Corporate travel has always been a particular favourite, with customer satisfaction remaining the biggest motivation throughout a long and varied career.

Over the years, James has worked across the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia, supporting clients in multiple international markets including Europe, Canada, and the USA. Known for quickly understanding complex itineraries, fare structures, and ticketing solutions, they also have extensive experience with reissues and have previously delivered training on Sabre and Galileo systems.

Outside of work, sport, travel, computers, and socialising are key interests, with a particularly memorable experience being a year-long working holiday exploring almost all of New Zealand from Cape Reinga to Bluff in the seat of an old Mitsubishi Colt
