With more than 25 years’ experience in business and entertainment travel, Karen brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a calm, organised approach to their role as an Out of Hours Business Consultant. Having worked across both large and boutique travel management companies, as well as within the music and film travel sectors, they have developed extensive expertise in handling complex itineraries and supporting travellers in fast-paced environments.

After taking time away from the industry to focus on family, Karen returned to travel management driven by a lifelong passion for travel and discovering new destinations. They particularly enjoy the investigative side of the role, finding the best solutions for clients and ensuring every journey runs as smoothly as possible, no matter the time of day.

Outside of work, family and holidays are at the heart of life. Memorable travels to Australia and New Zealand remain standout experiences thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and positive outlook of the people there. Their ideal holiday is simple, relaxing on a beautiful beach with loved ones nearby.
