With nearly three decades of experience in corporate travel, Paul brings not only an exceptional depth of industry knowledge, but equally important, a genuine passion for people, service and building high-performing teams.
Paul's career in business travel began in 1997 as a Business Travel Consultant supporting SME clients across multiple sectors. What followed was a remarkable journey through the industry, characterised by continuous growth, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
Over more than 26 years, Paul progressed through a series of increasingly senior leadership roles. From supervising corporate travel teams to leading marine and group travel operations, he built a reputation as someone who combines commercial understanding with a people-first approach. His tenure culminated in senior operational leadership positions where he was responsible for guiding teams, developing talent, driving service quality and ensuring outstanding client experiences.
Most recently, Paul served as Head of Corporate Operations at Good Travel Management, where he continued to demonstrate qualities that have defined his career: calm leadership, operational expertise and an ability to bring people together around a shared goal.
However, Paul's career story is about far more than job titles and years of service.
Anyone who has worked alongside him quickly recognises his natural ability to connect with people. He understands successful travel management is built on relationships - whether with clients, colleagues, suppliers or travellers. His leadership style is grounded in trust, collaboration and a belief that empowering people creates the best outcomes for everyone involved.
