The portfolio includes hotels in:

  5. Wales: Cardiff

The portfolio ranges from smaller regional properties to larger full-service hotels. Facilities vary between locations, with breakfast options, restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and on-site parking available across the group.

Some properties also offer facilities and features connected to their local history:

  1. The Crown London Hotel sits beside The Crown Pub, a historic Grade II listed landmark. The pub is home to Elephant & Barrel, serving Indian dishes, traditional pub favourites and drinks.

  2. Casa Mere Hotel in Knutsford is situated alongside The Kilton Inn, a historic local inn where guests can enjoy food and drinks.

  3. The Crossway Hotel in Coventry and The Galleon Hotel in Hull are undergoing refurbishment to include a compact kitchenette area with a sink and mini fridge.

  4. Meeting facilities are available at selected hotels for interviews, training, team meetings and corporate events.

  5. Some hotels provide full restaurant and bar facilities, while others offer breakfast-focused accommodation.

Corporate travellers and bookers should check the individual hotel page before travelling, as breakfast service, dining, meeting facilities, parking arrangements and other amenities vary by location.

Five tips for a smoother stay at AG Hotels

  1. Keep your booking details accessible
Save your booking reference and the hotel’s telephone number to your phone before travelling. This makes it easier to contact the team if your plans change.

  2. Tell the hotel if you are delayed
If you expect to arrive significantly later than planned, contact the hotel directly so the team is aware and can provide any necessary arrival information.

  3. Share personal requirements before arrival
Let the hotel know in advance about accessibility needs, dietary requirements or any other adjustments required during your stay.

  4. Plan housekeeping around your working day
If you expect to work from your room for part of the day, let reception know so housekeeping can be arranged at a more suitable time where possible.

  5. Request the correct documents for expenses
If you require a VAT invoice or itemised receipt, provide the correct company name and billing details before departure.

Current sustainability measures at AG Hotels

For longer stays, bed linen and towels are routinely replaced every three days unless the guest requests otherwise. This reduces the water and energy used for unnecessary laundry while allowing guests to request fresh linen or towels when needed.

Electric vehicle charging points are also available at Washington, Cricklewood, Wilmslow and Castleford.
